Who is eligible for our services?
- Frail older people aged 65 years over of Serbian background and other communities from former Yugoslavia might be in need for assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community
- Live in Western and South-East Suburbs ( list of our funded areas)
- Referred to our organisation through My Aged Care (MAC) against the eligibility criteria
(How to register with My Aged Care Link My Aged Care Registration | Step-by-Step Guide | Care About) - Home Care Package (HCP) recipient (If you are receiving HCP you will be on a full cost recovery basis from you package budget. Please contact your Provider and let them know about our services!)
