- Frail older people aged 65 years over of Serbian background and other communities from former Yugoslavia might be in need for assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community
- Live in Western and Southern Suburbs (list of our funded areas)
- Referred to our organisation through My Aged Care (MAC) against the eligibility criteria
