As Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) service provider (entry level) we provide:

• Group Social Support – group gatherings (community gatherings, picnics, excursions), sending rosters/letters to older people (to inform them about upcoming group gatherings, other services, etc.) and transport to locations of our group gatherings.
• Individual Social Support activities – visiting older people at home
• Accompanied Activities – shopping assistance
