Older person accessing our services have the right to privacy and their confidentiality must be respected.
We will collect information only if we have older person’s consent, or consent from an authorised person. Collecting information will be limited to My Aged Care purposes.
We will disclose information about older person to an outside organisation or individual only if we have the older person’s or an authorised person’s consent to do so.
